Wired Differently is a 90-minute, interactive workshop that helps high schoolers understand their personality wiring using the DISC model, then connects it to real careers, real salary and growth data, and real next steps, including paths that don't require a four-year degree. It's led by an HR and leadership development professional, so students get insider knowledge about how the working world actually reads them.

Who Leads It
The person in the room hires people for a living.
Jalaina Davis builds leadership and training programs for a living. She hires people, helps them get promoted, and develops how teams work together. That's the insider lens she brings students: not a career quiz, but a real read on how the working world sees them, delivered in a way a 16-year-old can actually use.
A John Maxwell Certified Trainer and Speaker with a Master's in Organizational Psychology, she founded ElevatED Leadership Academy to help young people understand how they're built before the world tries to tell them who to be.
